Terms of Service
Last updated: October 20, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Snaparazzi Cam (“we”, “us”), the company or person that runs Snaparazzi Cam. By using Snaparazzi Cam, whether you create an account, host an event, or just take photos as a guest, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What Snaparazzi Cam is
Snaparazzi Cam lets a host set up an event, share a link or QR code, and let guests take photos with a virtual disposable camera in their phone's browser. Every photo goes into one shared album for that event.
2. Guests
- You do not need an account to take photos. You can add a name if you like; it is shown next to your photos.
- Photos in an album are visible to everyone who has the event link, and they can view and download them. Only take photos you are happy to share that way.
- Do not photograph people who have asked not to be photographed. Be respectful.
- The host and any co-host can remove photos from the album. If a photo of you is in an album and you want it gone, ask the host first, or contact us at the support contact on this website.
3. Hosts and accounts
- You need an account to create events. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Hosts are responsible for having the right to hold the event and share the photos taken at it, and for telling guests that their photos will be shared with everyone who has the link.
- You can share a private co-host link with other people so they can help manage the event. Anyone with that link can manage the event, so share it carefully.
- Hosts and co-hosts can remove photos. Hosts can delete their events.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos you take. By uploading a photo you give us permission to store it, display it in the event album, and let people with the event link view and download it, only so we can run the service. You promise you have the right to upload what you upload.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Snaparazzi Cam to upload, share, or store:
- anything illegal;
- sexually explicit content, or any sexual content involving minors;
- content that is violent, hateful, harassing, or that exposes someone's private life;
- content that infringes someone else's copyright, privacy, or other rights.
Do not try to break, overload, scrape, or get around the limits of the service. We may remove content, lock or delete albums, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.
6. Free albums, paid albums and how long we keep photos
- Free events have limits on guests and shots. The album stays open for 7 days, then it locks and photos can no longer be viewed. A locked album is permanently deleted 14 days after it locks unless the host upgrades it before then.
- Paid events are kept for 365 days. After that the album locks and is deleted on the same schedule.
- Please download the photos you want to keep. We are not a backup service and cannot promise that photos will never be lost.
7. Payments, subscriptions and refunds
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Event passes are one-time purchases for a single event.
- Monthly and reseller plans renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the billing portal in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the month already paid.
- Prices and plan details can change. A price change applies to new purchases, and existing monthly subscribers keep their current price until they re-subscribe.
- Refunds are at our discretion, unless the law where you live says otherwise. If something went wrong, contact us at the support contact on this website.
8. Resellers
If you have a reseller plan, you can create events for your own clients, show your business name on the camera, and set your own prices. Your clients are your customers, not ours. You are responsible for your own agreements, prices, payments, refunds, and support with them, and for making sure they and their guests follow these terms.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Children
Snaparazzi Cam is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child under 13 has used the service, contact us at the support contact on this website and we will look into it.
11. The service is provided “as is”
We work to keep Snaparazzi Cam running, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or that photos will always upload. Cameras, browsers, and networks differ, and things can fail. Use the service at your own risk.
12. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Snaparazzi Cam is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost photos, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time. You can ask us to delete your account and data by emailing the support contact on this website. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms. For big changes we will try to tell account holders by email.
